The BCA 250 is a select group of Brevard arts supporters and benefactors who pledge a contribution of $250 per year for three years. This contribution helps to fund local artist residency partnerships in Brevard Public Schools and at-risk youth sites, Art in Public Places program featuring local professional artists, workshops for nonprofit organizations in Brevard, and the move of the BCA offices from the Government Center to the BCA Village. Become a Friend of the Brevard Cultural Alliance through joining the BCA 250. Recently, the Space Coast Office of Tourism held community forums to discover “hidden gems” in Brevard. In addition to our fine restaurants and great places to watch a sunrise, we are fortunate to have many extraordinary arts and cultural offerings, and supporting and promoting these “hidden gems” are part of Brevard Cultural Alliance’s mission. The arts are essential to a diversified and innovative 21st century economy. The arts provide jobs, attract visitors, create products, influence consumer spending, and build community vitality. Your support furthers BCA’s mission to build and sustain a vibrant arts and cultural community integral to our county’s quality of life, benefitting both residents and visitors. Our recent study in Brevard found that the nonprofit arts and cultural community contributes over $42 million annually to our local economy.
